Kingsland University: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Full-Time in Los Angeles Area, CA - Remote OK

Location: Remote- LA based. (Must be able to report to Santa Monica office regularly)

*Candidates must be able to work during PST business hours*

Comp range: $55-70k

The ideal candidate is one who is driven to become a core member of our Kingsland team and committed to building deep, long-term professional relationships with our CEO and Executive team. We envisage this key member growing into their role and taking on responsibility for managing key projects on behalf of the CEO and other Executive team members.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years working experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Project Coordinator or for an executive team.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced, large, and/or complex work environment.
  • BA/BS Degree, or a HS Diploma and additional 4 years of experience in above qualifications.

Objective Outcomes:

  • Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming project approvals, actions and commitments.
  • Coordinate new project briefs with input from CEO and Executive team and deliver comprehensive, task oriented project management updates to core operational teams.
  • Provide smooth communication between the internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive and Operational teams.
  • Communicates directly with C-Suite executive contacts and their assistants on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar of appointments, expense reports, travel plans, itineraries, and travel meetings, as well as coordinate/support Kingsland sponsored events.
  • Monitor and control multiple project schedules to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and all key project deliverable timelines are met on time.

  • Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Ability to create reports and spreadsheets, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite + Google Suite.
