Comp range: $55-65K + bonus

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years as a high-volume recruiter for hourly employees

Objective Outcomes:

  • You will provide high-quality candidates to hiring managers in 5 different branch locations for in-person interviews by posting jobs and conducting initial phone interviews to ensure the GM meets their staffing requirements. Occasional travel is required.
  • You will successfully ensure all onboarding paperwork and documentation is completed post-hire, uploaded to Bamboo, and communicate with our bookkeeper for payroll purposes.
  • You will help with general HR communications, paperwork, updates to employees’ files in Bamboo, etc., until the employee leaves the organization.

  • Knowledge of job posting and ATS’ (CATs, Indeed, others)
  • Very organized and process-driven - has a proven system for managing all stages of hiring
  • Good communication - communicate regularly and effectively with hiring managers and candidates
