  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
  • Strong business acumen, particularly in operations, sales, coaching, and HR
  • Demonstrated experience hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a team
  • Proven culture-building experience among 30+ employees
  • Experience in a franchised organization is an asset
  • Experience selling B2B, preferably in-home services

  • Learn the business, bring a new perspective, and get comfortable with how things run

  • Start taking on General Manager’s responsibilities to free up his time
  • Begin taking a lead role with the TTM (Truck Team Member) coaching and mentoring program
