Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Comp range: $55,000 annual salary

Our Dallas Workforce Program will serve female youth who are either survivors of or at high risk for commercial sexual exploitation by providing workforce training, work exposure, mentorship, and case management to help girls build a career plan and achieve their goals. Nomi Network is working in partnership with the Dallas County Juvenile Department to serve female youth residing at Letot Residential Treatment Center RTC.

Nomi Network is seeking an experienced and supportive case manager to help clients with re-entry and achieving their employment goals. Work partially remote and use your knowledge + experience to help shape the program and advance in this role.

Required Experience

  • Masters Degree in Social Work; LSW or LCSW preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in case management
  • Experience working with high risk or disadvantaged populations required; work in re-entry or workforce development preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent cross-cultural competency skills
  • Excellent EQ and ability to mediate interpersonal conflict
  • Demonstrated integrity in work ethic

Objective Outcomes

  • You will partner with Dallas County’s Multi-Disciplinary Team to create a re-entry case plan for each client 60 days prior to discharge from Letot RTC.
  • You will support the Re-entry Specialist to provide for the client's immediate needs (30-60 days post-discharge).
  • You will manage each client’s long-term case plan and connect the client to a continuum of care services after discharge from Letot RTC.
  • You will help clients develop career plans, including short-term and long-term goals for education and work.
  • You will provide a general assessment to help clients address barriers affecting employment such as housing, access, recovery, and mental health.
