Why this role exists:
DBI deploys an on demand services model that leverages strategic partnerships with vertical talent platforms to fill its team requirements. This role will report to and work in collaboration with the CEO to find and evaluate potential talent platforms based on the company's services needs.

Required experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience, specifically with experience in research and recruiting
  • Experience working for/with C-level executives

Outcomes:

  • You will find viable talent platforms based on specific preferences and role requirements
  • You will manage the pipeline of potential platforms, from initial evaluation to successful engagement and onboarding of the “winning” platform
  • You will craft metrics to track your success and successful engagements of X platforms/month and filling X roles/month
  • You will assist in the systemization of the talent platform pipeline with the goal being minimal need for CEO’s time and energy (e.g. how do we get this on autopilot)
  • You will create easy-to-digest overviews of the top choices, being careful to explain why and approach your process from both a data and culture perspective
  • You will keep up-to-date with the landscape of on-demand/fractional B2B services providers—always keeping an eye out for a new product or service that could be evaluated

  • You have a project manager mindset and can take an ambiguous request, think through the necessary steps-then decide whether there is enough information to execute or if you need to clarify with stakeholders
  • You are proactive, scanning for potential problems/roadblocks before they appear and aren’t afraid to speak up/challenge the status quo
