Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: New York City

Comp range: 100-200k

Spectrm is located in Berlin and New York and was one of Facebook's launch partners for chatbots at f8 2016. Today they are the leading chatbot platform for content and conversations. Our amazing investors are: Lerer Hippeau Ventures, North Base Media, Axel-Springer Media, BDMI, Jens Schumann and the next media accelerator.

Why this role exists: The senior AE is reporting directly to the CEO and is working with the biggest brands in the US to build the same success in the North America as in Europe

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years experience in the full sales cycle selling enterprise software
  • Experience giving software demos
  • Preferred: experience with Social Media Management Tool companies

Objective Outcomes:

  • Building and managing your own pipeline
  • Manage full sales cycle
  • Convert leads to opportunities and opportunities to sales
  • Build your own chatbot (during training period) to understand underlying technology
  • Help build out sales function in US office and train up Jr AE

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to forecast, completing pipeline reports
  • Ability to close deals

Hard Skills:

  • Familiarity with chatbot technologies, AI, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SalesForce or comparable CRM experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
