Job Title: Director of Strategic Planning, Operations, and Digital Marketing
Location: Toronto (Mostly Remote, onsite 1-2x a week)
Comp range: $80,000 - $100,000 (CAD)

Why this role exists:
To support the CEOs in HTCI’s mission and allow them space and time to tap into their genius. We are looking for the TRUE jam to our peanut butter - someone who has their own genius and vision as it relates to all things strategic - building a company culture that’s serious about business and also seriously fun, managing the team day to day, creating systems and processes, tracking month to month analytics/numbers, content management, along with increasing efficiency via automation and the creation of processes.
