Required experience:

  • Flawless written and verbal English
  • Bachelor’s Degree (at minimum)
  • Proficient with Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, and MAC


  • You will support the Director of Operations.
  • You will establish accounts and manage client onboarding processes.
  • You will process transactions.
  • You will document and maintain client records and activities.
  • You will work closely with the Director in maintaining client accounts.
  • You will assist in responding to direct client requests.
  • You will deliver superior client service.
